    When the TV was ordered the merchant indicated that the item was availalbe, which was not true. 11 days after the order I had to call them several times, as I did not hear either on availability nor possible delivery time. Extremely poor service! Read Full Review »

    Website showed that items were in stock. Ordered the speakers and then received an email stating a wait of a month for the speakers to arrive in stock.

    Obviously another website that promotes items it doesn t actually have on it s shelves.

    Given the store an overall rating of fair because they at least had the decency to inform me of the stock situation and cancel the order. Read Full Review »

    After telephoning several internet sites to find out about a HDD camcorder - and being met with nothing but uninterested or downright rude people answering the phone - TV and Video Direct were excellent. They happily answered my questions and gave me very relevant and good advice.
