The order was placed four weeks ago and

The order was placed four weeks ago and confirmation email stated no money would be taken until ordered was fulfilled. The TV ordered was identified as damaged prior to shipping and therefore not sent, money was taken on that day.
I was informed of this and awaited second delivery which that to was cancelled by TV and Video Direct as "faulty batch" had been received.

After we ordered Television we realised that we have paid full amount to some company we have not even heard of and after reading some comments on this particular shop, we thought whether the television would be delivered at all or not.
