Overall service was good. Delivery was late but this is a Highland thing - many delivery companies it seems do not do 24hr delivery to the Highlands. Instead they wait till they have enough deliveries going to the area. Delivery was one day late. Order when it arrived was well packaged and everything in order. Company contacted me to arrange delievry time etc.
