A complete bunch of disorganised jokers. Took my order 1 week before being in stock, which I was aware of, to guarantee purchase. However, did not arrive in stock Friday 10th as expected and was delayed to the next Monday, 13th. I was told Tuesday that shipping would be Wednesday, delivery Thursday. I was kept informed through the whole order/delivery process. I was immediately notified of a short delay before the TV was in their warehouse - I didn t pay until it was. Ordered an item over the internet which showed as "In stock, 2 day delivery". Next day they send an email requesting a phone call, why don t they simply phone. When you call, you discover the item won t be in stock for 4 days and can t be delivered for another 3. You wait in all day for a booked delivery but nothing comes.
