Ordered a Toshiba 27WL56 on line - all

Ordered a Toshiba 27WL56 on line - all very straight forward. Was called later that day to be told that none were in stock and that they would not be expecting any in for a few weeks and they had a back log of orders to complete. So I cancelled the order and went elsewhere (second supplier was hopeless but Empire Direct came up trumps). Should have checked it was in stock before ordering but that would have required a phone call (hardly the point of internet mail order). But, having said that, the company was efficient in responding and cancelling the order and no charge was made (nor would have been until the goods came in stock). Still would consider using them again.
