TV and Video Direct

No problems with ordering or delivery.

No problems with ordering or delivery. However the TV (with built in digital receiver) would only work for a few seconds on selected channels before the screen went black. Other channels were fine and I have no problems on my old TV with a separate freeview box and signal strength where I live is very good. Sent it back to have the fault checked and asked for a refund. Surprise surprise they claimed it was fine and not faulty, so I end up having to pay 15% restock charge, plus delivery both ways. The only other option would have been to drive to Bolton to see it with my own eyes. Over £100 for no TV. Absolute bargain. Do not trust this company. Buy elsewhere.
