The site emphasises the fact that a representative will contact you as soon as your order has been processed but having failed to hear anything for 5 days, I had to contact them myself. On receipt of the item, I realised that I would need to send it back and have been informed that I will be charged £40 before I can be credited with a refund. Apparently this includes the original delivery cost (which was free at the time of purchase) and the collection cost. I was told that I would not be able send them back myself and would have to have them collected via their appointed courier service. I would not use this company again. I am now having to sell the item on Ebay in order to recoup nearer the original cost.
