I ordered item on 22 Nov 2008 and it has still not arrived today 17 Dec. I rang 5 times to check on delivery and each time they assured me of a delivery date but the item never came. They promised to ring me back but never did, leaving the onus on me to ring.
Needless to say it is a Christmas present which has caused anxiety as to whether it will arrive on time.
Only goes to show that cheapest is definitely not the best.
