unfortunately this was a very new product which was not yet available from the manufacturer and this was not mentioned in the details. it took longer than the company had been told to get stock in (two weeks) but once in stock they were dispatched promptly and received exactly as promised in pristine condition. Intially they did call me to tell me there had been a delay but then I had to chase them for an update a week later. Overall a good experience and the product was such excellent value that I would definitely deal with the company again.
