The product was in stock and I had to call the supplier to arrange a delivery date. With this in mind (and having been told they would prefer not to leave the package with a neighbour) I took the day off to await delivery of my shiny new speaker system....

However at around 10am on the day of delivery I got a phone call to say that they couldn t deliver that day.... it was good of them to call me - but I wasn t best pleased at having wasted a days holiday only to be disappointed.
