These guys are amazing. They go the extra mile in helping you solve your issues, be it payment or delivery. I had several issues on my credit card that was promptly dealt with by the staff of TV & Video Direct. Then, having purchase the LCD TV, there was another issue with delivery that was complete beyond the control of this retailer. Once again, the staff were efficient and competent in ensuring that I receive delivery at a convenient time. Amazing! Many thanks!
