A complete bunch of disorganised jokers.

A complete bunch of disorganised jokers. Took my order 1 week before being in stock, which I was aware of, to guarantee purchase. However, did not arrive in stock Friday 10th as expected and was delayed to the next Monday, 13th. I was told Tuesday that shipping would be Wednesday, delivery Thursday. No delivery occured so Friday 17th I rang to be told it wasnt in stock! Spoke to the manager to complain and he said it was in stock awaiting shipment! Had not shipped due to not having my Card payment details, except I had given my payment details 3 times over the preceeding period. No attempt to ring me to solve this issue either. Poor customer standards and poor service. Avoid at all costs.
