Ordered an item over the internet which

Ordered an item over the internet which showed as "In stock, 2 day delivery". Next day they send an email requesting a phone call, why don t they simply phone. When you call, you discover the item won t be in stock for 4 days and can t be delivered for another 3. You wait in all day for a booked delivery but nothing comes. When you phone up you re told the item is still in the warehouse, no apology, no offer to compensate for lost wages. You then have to wait another 2 days for delivery, making 10 in all!

If this customer service doesn t move out of the 19th century, TV & Video Direct aren t going to be around for long!

I dread the TV going wrong under warranty and needing help!
