Needed this asap for a birthday and TV&V

Needed this asap for a birthday and TV&V delivered. There was a brief moment of confusion when they said the specific model was out of stock after I had checked it was definitely in stock but it turned out 4 people had ordered the same model almost at the same time as me and someone else was unlucky. When I queried it the matter was resolved instantly and delivery was spot on.
