The site emphasises the fact that a representative will contact you as soon as your order has been processed but having failed to hear anything for 5 days, I had to contact them myself. On receipt of the item, I realised that I would need to send it back and have been informed that I will be charged £40 before I can be credited with a refund. Impressions were very good of the shop and price is spot on. I ended up cancelling my order though as the courier was not allowed to deliver to a second address other than that where my card is registered (my work address), even if i provided full identity / address confirmation details.
