Having ordered a printer the order

Having ordered a printer the order remained unprocessed for in excess of a week. 2 emails were unanswered regarding the order despite thier promise on the site to try to answer all emails within 12 hours. Clearly the item was not in stock and was unlikely to be again (removed from sale on the site) - the communication failure was unacceptable. Order eventually cancelled by phone.
