    I was a bit concerned when I saw some of the adverse reviews.However my experience was outstandingly good. Item was cheaper than anywhere else, free delivery (arrived in the 3-5 day time frame they stated), good e-mail communications and item was trackable. Can't say fairer than that.     Deeply suspect - all its addresses are PO Boxes or c/o a firm of solicitors, no geographical phone number and only premium rate lines to call for customer service, poor customer experiences on the site.

    Having ordered a printer the order remained unprocessed for in excess of a week. 2 emails were unanswered regarding the order despite thier promise on the site to try to answer all emails within 12 hours.
