Emailed on 28/07/09 about availability of a Sony Gigajuke NAS-SC55PKE. Unfortunately, these weren't in stock, but most other retailers didn't have any either, as they were the old model which had been replaced. I received a reply well within 24 hours.
On 30/07/09 I ordered a Denon DM37DAB with Tannoy F1 speakers. The order was placed online at about 6:40 pm, so couldn't be processed until the following day. On 31/07/09, which was a Friday, I received an email stating the system had been dispatched and I received the order on Monday 03/08/09.
So basically, if I'd ordered about midday on the 30th, I would have received the order the following day. Plus, Superfi's delivered price was cheaper than any other retailer I found.
