I bought an AV receiver and a set of

I bought an AV receiver and a set of speakers after visiting Superfi's store in London

The Customer service before the purchase was excellent

I bought the stuff and was confirmed that the delivery will arrive next day. I took leave from work, waited for the stuff but when it did not come, i called up the store to find that there was a problem regarding availability of the product and since they had FORGOTTEN to take my phone number they could not ring me and inform..

Also on display in the store was a promotion which mentioned that for every 100 GBP that you spend in the store, you would get 10 GBP of HMV voucers

Since I had spent more than 900 pounds, I excitedly completed the forms and posted the same. This was after the instore salesman confirmed to me that i would expect 90 pounds of HMV vouchers

I received the letter, expecting 90 pounds of vouchers in it but instead found only 10 pounds worth of voucher

The reason given was that the vouchers are available ONLY for non discounted / reduced price products

So guys if you are expecting vouchers of HMV , please DO not bargain for even 10 pounds of discount, as it WILL be used to ensure that you do NOT get the HMV vouchers
