Superfi Online

Long story short, I bought an expensive piece of kit from Superfi which developed a fault after 3 months use. To return the item I had to deal with the infamous Mrs ******* holder of the title "Customer Services Manager". I bought an item as a christmas gift for my partner. Unfortunately the item was not suitable, Superfi refused refund even after MANY emails and emailing manager. Offered an exchange as a gesture of good will!!!

Appalling customer service, to get a refund you need to return within 7 days of order...and so they obviously dont care about the christmas market.

Emailed on 28/07/09 about availability of a Sony Gigajuke NAS-SC55PKE. Unfortunately, these weren't in stock, but most other retailers didn't have any either, as they were the old model which had been replaced. I received a reply well within 24 hours.

I would recommend this store from my experience. I have seen some negative reviews for this store which concerned me but my experience was excellent.
I phoned up to check availability before ordering and received email updates stating item on order then an email to say it had been dispatched.

Ordered two and half weeks ago from Camdem branch but still no item. Continuous promises then delays blaming the manufacturuer. Manufacturers website shows in stock and delivery within 2-3 days. Had to call Superfi more than 8 times now as haven't had a single call from them when promised. The lady at customer service has a serious attitude problem. Read Full Review »

The speakers themselves? Excellent base range but the tweeters are to high range without a mid-range to fill-in the middle. There is a constant sound of breaking glass or ripped paper. Not worth £799 currently asked; or even the £650 I paid. What HiFi were out on this recommendation! Shame really considering I trusted them.
