This store provides very good value; consistently the cheapest for all of the alternative washing machines I considered. A day or two after ordering, I realised I had ordered an unsuitable model for my kitchen configuration. I telephoned, spoke immediately to a real person who could not have been more helpful; the order was changed, a partial refund was posted to my credit card immediately; excellent personal service. The machine was delivered on the day and at the time promised; 13 days after ordering. The delivery men brought the machine into the house, unpacked it and carried the old machine to the garage. If only more companies were as good as this one. They are highly recommended.
