Can not answer the question about delivery as I have just ordered the cable I required. Thus have given "3", but if the item arrives as promised would give "5".

I love the Nokia 7500 Prism. What a great gadget it is! Beautiful design and interchangeable colours on the side. So arty. The keys are easy to use and texting is very quick.
