    Customer service is crap, they gave me the wrong information & then continue to argue with me & get upset when I point out they were wrong. They went off in a huff & funny enough came back to tell me I was right! I almost bought the wrong product & would have had to go through the whole returns process.

    My order was a "Sony Ericsson" Audio Adapter.I ordered it Saturday night, and obviously the order wasn't seen to until Monday.I tracked the order and it was shipped monday at 1330.I recieved it today Tuesday moring at 9am. First class service indeed.
