    Low prices but appalling after sales service.

    Mobile phone was returned by company without battery and case after 5 weeks warranty repair (2 week turnaround promised). Loan phone promised but not provided, e-mails not responded to, customer service line no help, promises to call back not kept, items were sent out to incorrect address and then left up to me to recover.
