Ordered goods, was told would be

Ordered goods, was told would be delivered next day by 1pm, delivery delayed by admin error, arrived day late. Opened parcel,ordered brand new sim free phone, was sent a battered unsealed box containing a scratched 2nd hand old sim free phone with no battery.Wanted to charge me again for a new phone before posting a replacement & me to post old phone back. They have offered to refund the cost of my postage.Wasted 1.5 days off work waiting for delivery & resolution.Used to be a regular customer but not any more. Feel badly let down.
