Appalling after sales service. Phone

Appalling after sales service. Phone went wrong in warranty period. Local Nokkia service centre would not accept warranty as Mobile Fun had sold phone not ment for sale in UK; from dubious sources? Mobile Fun staff useless. You call, they don't understand problem, say will call back, but never do. 4 months on no response. Apsolutely useless, don't deal.
