I had purchased a sony mobile with a free gift of a wii...everytime we could get hold of them ; we were told that it was out of stock and to try at a later date...now when I called them they tell me that my 90 days have elapsed and I wont be getting the free gift anymore...they are fraudsters...avoid this company under all circumstances...and non existent customer service..very disappointed... If you want to complain about anything they are not interested. If you try to insist, however polite, you will be cut-off. I asked to speak to a supervisor on three different occassions and was cut off after being refused access. I would not deal with this company again under any circumstances. Read Full Review »

There are a number of problems with ordering from this site, i would advise anyone who wants a mobile phone NOT to order from this site. I have had problems regarding cashback, they do not make it clear that you need to send 4 bills..and so a lot of money is lost. Read Full Review »

I bought my Samsung D600 in December

I bought my Samsung D600 in December 2005 and never again would I buy from this company. When it first arrived, the tariff was wrong and it took about 3 months to sort out with o2(buymobilephones did not want to know).
I made my first claim for cashback after month 4 and it took them 3 months, 3 emails and 2 telephone calls by me for them to send me any money.

this company will not survive in long time unless they re-think the importance of customer satisfaction:
- at best, customer service reps are unhelpful;
- they do everything possible to make sure that you lose cashbacks
+ no documents/vouchers provided with my order;
+ redemption window is only 21 days after bill issue date

Very Good Merchant service...

Send my order to a wrong address, get cancelled... Been charge for £30.00.
Then they didn't want to reiburse me event if I proposed to re-order.

And the customer Care doesn't seem to have to much experience.
