I bought my Samsung D600 in December

I bought my Samsung D600 in December 2005 and never again would I buy from this company. When it first arrived, the tariff was wrong and it took about 3 months to sort out with o2(buymobilephones did not want to know).
I made my first claim for cashback after month 4 and it took them 3 months, 3 emails and 2 telephone calls by me for them to send me any money.
My second claim for cashback was refused. After more emails and another 3 months later they said I sent it in too late.
Avoid!
