this company will not survive in long

this company will not survive in long time unless they re-think the importance of customer satisfaction:
- at best, customer service reps are unhelpful;
- they do everything possible to make sure that you lose cashbacks
+ no documents/vouchers provided with my order;
+ redemption window is only 21 days after bill issue date
+ if you miss your first redemption, you lose all subsequent one.
I lost £180 because my claim was 4 days late.
