Very Good Merchant service... Send my

Very Good Merchant service...

Send my order to a wrong address, get cancelled... Been charge for £30.00.
Then they didn't want to reiburse me event if I proposed to re-order.

And the customer Care doesn't seem to have to much experience.

Definitively I will not recommend their services...
