Rang up for a upgrade, got a new Samsung

Rang up for a upgrade, got a new Samsung omnia, deleviered next day. Great, but then a few days later I find the LCD screen is faulty, Conacted Orange and got a Fault code, contacted Buymobilephones that I was sending in a faulty phone, no probs so far, buymobilephones contact me the phone isn't faulty and claimed I didn't ring orange for a Fault code. I rang orange again to be told the code was still valid, Seem these con-artists only care for sales, any problems they try to brush off. Even acused me in daminging the phone but there's no damage, A dirty tactic. This isn't over yet.....
