Ordering was the same as any other online store, delivery was very quick, it came with all paperwork and instructions to claim my gift too.. i took a while to sort out the paperwork at my end but when i finally sent them the correct info my Wii arrived the following day!! communication was very good, they are helpful on the phone and laura also responded to my Emails within 24hours usually less!! my only complaint is that they didnt bother to port my number over, which was a nuisance for my to do myself and did take another couple of weeks, especially after i went through the hassle of filling all the info out on their order pages, but as this isnt something many people use i doubt it would effect you, on the whole quite pleased, will probably use again! and again....
