I placed an order for miele vacuum

I placed an order for miele vacuum cleaner on the evening of 22nd August; 9am next day I had a call from a very friendly customer service operative who told me that this particular model was unavailabe for at least 5 weeks, due to a problem at miele. He advised that I looked at a large department store site where he thought there would be a greater chance of availability (which there was.) Although disappointed my item was not in stock I was most grateful for the advice and information given. Will give this store another chance!
