I would just like to say how refreshing it is to deal with a company who actually do call you back when they say they will and can be bothered to go the extra mile for a sale. I do alot of shopping online as quite alot of people do nowadays. I must say that for product information, ease of ordering and customer care, my shopping experience with The Discount Appliance Centre online was second to none.

Website ok, delivery time good. Delivery service appalling. Watch out for the terms and conditions. If there is a failed delivery and it is not your fault your will still have to pay the £39 delivery costs. Read Full Review »

We have recently moved house and was recommended by a friend to look in the discount appliance centre for our new kitchen and we were delighted at the wide range of choice they had and their staff were very helpful.

The delivery was very prompt and we are now enjoying our lovely new kitchen, I would certainly recommend the DAC to all my friends and family. :) Read Full Review »

Was recommended by a friend who bought his whole kitchen through them. I found the Hotpoint dishwasher i wanted and the ordering process was easy.
