Appalling service. Ordered a Dutailier

Appalling service. Ordered a Dutailier chair with promised delivery of 4-8 weeks. Chased up after 10 weeks with no explanation of delay and excuses that it would be another 2 weeks. After 12 weeks and further chase up calls to Kiddicare the completely wrong model chair was finally delivered much to our disappointment. Customer services were indifferent, curt and unapologetic.
