Truly appalling. I ordered a Maxi Cosi

Truly appalling.
I ordered a Maxi Cosi car seat on Friday and asked for Saturday am delivery (we were planning on going away for the weekend). A completely different car seat arrived. Contacted Kiddicare.com and spoke to the Customer Service manager who refused to use a 'same day' courier service even though they had made a mistake.

To add insult to injury, she didn't even offer to refund me the £13 charge that I had paid for Saturday morning delivery !!!!

I will never use this company again !!!
