    I cannot begin to explain how painful it is dealing with Kiddicare's customer care team. Based purely on this one experience (that's how bad it is) I will never deal with this company again.     Appalling service. Ordered a Dutailier chair with promised delivery of 4-8 weeks. Chased up after 10 weeks with no explanation of delay and excuses that it would be another 2 weeks. After 12 weeks and further chase up calls to Kiddicare the completely wrong model chair was finally delivered much to our disappointment. Customer services were indifferent, curt and unapologetic.     Fantastic. Have used this site for many things. Delivery has always been on time. Have pre-ordered an item which arrived the day after being in stock in store. Highchair had a faulty harness but emailed them and new harness arrived 2 days later. Always my first port of call. Fantastic service and well recommended. Read Full Review »

    Cosatto Mobi pushchair, my wheel fell

    Cosatto Mobi pushchair, my wheel fell off after less than 6 months. A replacement wheel offered. Due to safety reasons I am was not willing to put my child in danger.     We have ordered 3 items from kiddicare and all items arrives very quickly. We ordered a playpen for £40 and it is excellent, better than the metal one i was going to order that was £70 out of argos.
