I bought an electronic drum kit It

I bought an electronic drum kit
It wasn't easy to order from them(problem with my credit card for the first time in the last 2 yrs that I'm using the card)
The product was faulty and I had to send it back.
Two weeks later and after many calls I still havn't got the replacement product.
