This company is highly unrecommended, purchased a rowing machine which was faulty, had to go through trading standards to get a refund. Go to a more recognised retailer and pay a bit more, its not worth the hassle. I dealt with head of sales which was terrible, after i asked politely for the machine to be collected repeatedly my e.mails were ignored. Im very surprised this company is still in business.
