I ordered a product from trueshopping.co.uk checked the delivery charges to where i live which were on the site. I even received an e-mail confirming dispatch! when I chased up non delivery a week later I was then told that they do not deliver to my area and refunded payment. this was not a good experience and I could not recommend them to others Read Full Review »

It was the day after the big snow fall in London when the bed should have been delivered - but it didnt arrive until 1 week and 1 day later. I ordered a headboard from elsewhere and it turned up as planned on the day after the snow. So - not impressed with delivery arrangements. Read Full Review »

I m afraid due to being away, I have not received the bed yet - it will be delivered on Friday. I have no complaints so far re the service from both Trueshopping or their delivery agent.
