Order was placed on wed 26th August

Order was placed on wed 26th August approx 4pm... supposedly next day delivery if by 2.0pm ... I did not expect it on thursday 27th as the order was made after that cut off time. However I DID expect it to be delivered before Tuesday 1st Sept!
It turned up today, missing all the fixings for the table. I phoned customer services-very helpful, but they cannot guarantee getting these essential components as it is now out of stock. Not sure how I can use the table without the correct fittings but will await a promised return phone call tomorrow.
