    Microdirects` customer service policy is

    Microdirects` customer service policy is appalling. Its very easy to order their refurbished goods and get them delivered. However, try returning them at your peril. I still have not been refunded for faulty goods I sent back two weeks ago. They also do not know the Sale of Goods Act or Distance Selling Regulations.     Have used Micro Direct for the last year, and have nothing but praise. Prices are consistantly than most of the competition. Email when in stock works very efficiently, but majority of products in stck (which is more than some suppliers.) When a componant failed during warranty a replacement was shipped without quibble.     i'v been using microdirect for a few years now and can honestly say iv never had a problem, stock availabilty is great and the prices are rock bottom. Delivery has always been quick and everything iv bought has always been well packaged. great company not a complqint here! Read Full Review »

    The worse organsation I've ever

    The worse organsation I've ever used!!!!! I made an order and paid extra for prompt delivery and between themselves and the couriers, the goods never arrived. I ended up travelling over 50 miles to collect the goods myself and even then, they were incorrect!     Pleased box arrived next day(paid extra for next day) Very much NOT please to find Belkin WAP was REFURB not new!!! Had to drive 120 miles to get the item swapped out.
