I ordered Gigabyte Motherboard from the

I ordered Gigabyte Motherboard from the supplier after initial search on internet I found it few pounds cheaper at Micro Direct. When the item arrived I found the Motherboard in opened used box and all the accessories missing. Despite 3 weeks of email ping pong I have still been unable to get the issue sorted. They keep saying that the item was a clearance item but there was no indication on the website or in the invoice that the Item is clearance one. I am appalled by the so called customer service. Do not buy from these people unless you want the same service as I have received. Pay couple of pounds more and use amazon instead.
