MicroDirect

My husband brought a MSI Motherboard from Microdirect. we live nearby and collected it from their retail counter. however, the motherboard failed and he had to endure Microdirect returns process which heavily goes against the customer. After 10 weeks of returning the item and following their returns process, he still has not any response from Customer Services. No emails get responded too, when you call they say somebody will contact you in 48 hours, He is still waiting.
Micro Direct may be price competitive but if your buying anything expensive you need to be aware of their returns process. Could you do without the item for 6 - 8 weeks? It's certainly not a no quibble guarantee from MicroDirect.
