The goods were ordered with priority delivery (next day) paid for.     Absolutly dismal.
    Purchased a TV in November 2007 - its now almost August 2008 and ive yet to get one that actually works. The customer services is awful, they take more money from you at every opportunity and their returns policy is a joke. Stay away, or be prepared for a LOT of hassle!!! Read Full Review »

    As per other writers here - Micro Direct are happy to take your money for faulty goods, accept them back, but not refund your cash.

    I purchased £75.00 of faulty memory that caused system crashes and loss of data for over 12 months before I located the problem with the matched pairs PC3200 GEIL memory modules they sold me.

    BEWARE - I ordered a freeview digital recorder which failed within the warranty period. Only after repeated pressure from me did they promise to refund the full price of the item (so far I have only got a partial refund) but left me about 12 pounds postage out of pocket.
