Seriously - steer well clear! I Bought 2 items from this store on seperate occaisions. The first item was fine, but the second item was faulty. Returning the product for a refund was a nightmare. Very long wait on the phone lines every time you call. You are greeted by unprofessional, unhelpful staff every time. Very aggressive attitude and low morale. Web site excellent. Called to check stock and order on a Saturday and asked if delivery could be Tuesday. The sales person was very polite and knowledgeable and very efficient in processing my order. Would NEVER buy from them again! DON'T be taken in. They are great on sales BUT when you have a problem as we have had with an intermittent fault on a 4 month old LCD TV they just aren't interested. Their customer care service is none existent and they have offered no help only than to reiterate their terms and conditions which state that if the fault can't be found they will charge us...
