    No problems with goods or service, but

    No problems with goods or service, but packaging was non existent, item was shipped as is with no care for packaging at all. As a result the box was damaged and punctured, fortunately the item itself was not damaged but this was pure luck. Read Full Review »

    Ordered my goods, only to be told via email 2 days later that the item wasn t in stock and couldn t be ordered in. Looked on the site and the item (Yamaha AV amp RX-V657B) is still listed on there. This is one of the most annoying parts of ordering online. Rubbish traders advertising things that they don t even have in stock and can t even get hold of. Avoid. Read Full Review »

    Digital direct listed my camcorder as in

    Digital direct listed my camcorder as in stock both on their own website and on Kelkoo.

    The day after I placed my order I got an email that said the item would take 5-6 weeks to deliver, because the item was out of stock not only from digital direct, but also from the manufacturer.

    When I got the camera the seal looked as

    I have checked this and it seemed ok but i would have preferred it not to have been opened.

    Other than that it ok

    I have not checked the customer services just yet but I am sure that this would be ok!!
