    If you only want a cheap deal, this store should be ok for you. However if anything happens so that you have to ring them up, you will regret right away that you have chosen this store. There isn't any customer service in their manners. In my case, delivery didn't happen on the scheduled day.     Bought an LCD TV with trepidation, as it was the first high value order with an internet company. Was very impressed with the price, as it was a just-released model that was £100 cheaper than on the high street, and most high street shops didn't have this model yet.     Bought a Sony 26" LCD TV on Monday. They shipped with city link. TV was stolen from leeds warehouse. They shipped another straight out and it was here by the friday.

    Ordered TV and DVD player last May, DVD came very late(more than 8 weeks) only after a lot of chasing up. Remote controls deteriorated over the summer (unlike the Pace box one we have which is much more used) and Sound and Vision were not interested in any sort of customer service. I'm very disappointed.
