Sound & vision had a better rating than a company I had used before so I gave them a go. I decided to ring because I wanted the product upgraded for multi-region use. The staff were extremely helpful and promised the delivery two days later. It arrived bang on time together with the specification as I requested. took delivery of tv (panasonic) in august and have had nothing but problems since.

tv turns itself on and off at will and we now have a green screen of death.

s&v had arranged for a repair person to come today, sometime between 10am - 6pm... it's 6.45pm and I have wasted a day off for nothing.

Getting hold of a 32" LCD TV from JVC

Getting hold of a 32" LCD TV from JVC was the easy part. As per other comments, helpful, friendly, and on time delivery. However, the TV has a sound fault. So far they refuse to refund my money even though the TV has already spent 7 weeks away for 'repair'. I am now involving trading standards due to the fact that they will not refund my money.
