Great service. Ordered a 37" Toshiba TV on Saturday evening, delivered on Wednesday.

Received a call to tell me delivery day - If I'd known it might be possible I would have asked for a call when the driver was 1 hour from my home like a previous 'poster', as it would have saved me missing a days work. Still, no complaints.

Excellent service and communications.Delivery was 1st class as contacted by driver when 1 hour from my home, meaning I didnt have to take the whole day off.
The item was tested to make sure it was working ok.
Great price and service from nice company.

The ordering process went very smoothly. Only thing missing from the website is tracking information. I did call Customer Service to get an update on when the delivery might occur, and they didn t seem too knowledgeable.
